just starting week 2 and it is the most intense workout that I have ever done, too early to see a lot of results, but I sure feel it. Try it out, what do you have to lose?

There is also another discussion thread in forums all about the workout program where you can find a lot of other people who have done, and are in the process of doing the program

Just finished it--My main profile pic was taken at about Week 10--It's a good routine, but all the super-setting kind of requires you to be in a private or very dead gym--The workouts also take quite a bit of time (90 minutes about, longer if you follow up with the recommended cardio)
I saw definite gains, and learned some new "moves" -- I'd recommend it--

I recommend it. As the previous post states the routine does take a 90 min time commmitment 5 times a week. It does teach new techniques and I did see results... I was more cut/lean at the end. I've done it twice n love it... It keeps you focused.

I agree with the above. This is the most time intensive and physically demanding workout program I've tried. I'm still on week 1. icon_neutral.gif Make sure you have a dead gym before doing this.

It's not a total body everyday. They are splits. Chest one day, back the next, legs the next, shoulders and then arms etc.

The thing I really like is that the exercises change throughout the week, so you body doesn't get used to the same thing every week! I am loving it. Going into my 5th week!
