    Looks headed that way. They had the story on CNN tonight.

    Short of the religious nuts / haters changing the US Constitution, I don't see any way that it can past constitutional muster, but, I'm not a lawyer.

    I will always wonder about the wisdom of this trial....regardless of the way the decision goes the loosing party will appeal to the US Supreme Court.....I don't see a positive outcome...as much as I want one....I fear another nail in the coffin for many more years...icon_rolleyes.gif

    We have all the time in the world to do nothing. As far as I am concerned, if nothing else we can stand up for ourselves. 1600+ years of religious tyranny and those groups while still around are less powerful than in the days of "Holy" empires.

    Nature will continue to create gays, and people will realize more and more how the religious tyrants have raped and butchered humanity. Things will change.
