Cytogainer...

    So I am 5'8" 148lbs, slender kind of guy. So i just got the huge tub of cytogainer and was just curious to know if others have started with it before. It's my first time trying to gain and lift on a regular and consistent basis. It says I should take four scoops 3 times a day, which I have been doing so far, I feel like I'm going to explode. Just curious if others take the same amount or if I should do less as I am just starting out. I do a lot of cardio since I do triathlons and so I've only run this week, haven't lifted yet. I want to get bigger in terms of muscle mass. I just don't wanna keep going on this much if I'm just going to get fat, since I don't do as much weight lifting as I would like. AND also on the days when I'm not working out taking it three times, which I did yesterday...don't know if that is effective or not. The goal is Ryan Reynolds body for summer 2010 haha, I have been eating pretty decently like lean meats and lower carbs, I think yesterday I had almost 3000 calories with the cytogainer and their recommended daily dosage. Any tips for a novice?

    Gaining weight will probably affect your running times. It's probably not a good idea to gain a lot of weight in a short amount of time. Since you're not lifting, you should probably cut back on the Cytogainer shakes. Try drinking a shake after a run. And when you start lifting, drink a shake after your gym workout.
