Runninchlt saidYou know what people's definition of real food is?
A chicken nugget, hot dog, twinkie or a hamburger. As in "eat a cheeseburger." Anything that's manufactured and loaded with sodium and preservatives is considered real food by most Americans. Healthy food such as spinach greens, lettuce, carrots, nuts and seeds is considered rabbit food. That's why 60% of Americans weigh more than the bed they sleep in. Guess it depends on who's asking.
Did you know???
That on Maui, the mayor hands out a business card and it is packed with seeds. On the card it reads. Plant a garden and grow your own food. Anyone can grow and eat better...
I have a vegi garden, and fruit trees, the Lorikeets get the fruit, and a lot of the veggies end up in the compost bin, what can you do with 50 capsicums in one hit?
But I do support what you say. Yet I really need someone to cook for me, as I eat real food all the time, home cooked stuff, but I eat for mood and not what I should eat; but if some-one made it for me I would eat it.
For dinner last night I had Turkey Wellington, and a few vegies. Breakfast a bowl of uncooked rolled oats with milk, and lunch to T bone steaks, and salad.
Have not decided what I'll have for dinner, maybe tuna and pasta bake, or a Shepherd's pie. I may go get a Japanese Platter.
