12 Week Lean and Strong Meal Plan?

    Hey guys, I'm about to start up the Realjock 12 Week Strong & Lean fitness program (*crazy excited*), and I've been looking on this site for a meal plan that fits well with the program, but no luck so far. Are any of you on it and have a kick-ass meal system in place?

    True, everyone's different so no one meal plan will work for all, but any advice on some major do's and don't's would be really appreciated. I'm not that well versed yet in nutrition in tandem with hardcore workout plans. I'm Pescetarian, but willing to add (organic) chicken to my diet if I have to! Thanks. icon_smile.gif

    Jeff from RealJock here. We're actually close to launching some eating healthy weight loss and weight gain plans from Manuel Villacorta (mvnutrition.com). The first of these should be up in the next couple of weeks.

    Hey Jeffinsf, thanks for the head's up! I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for this. I don't think my current food intake is adequate for the regimen that the strong & lean workout will put me through. Thanks again!
