So I've been doing a bunch of reading and I'm really confused on the best time to workout. I work a schedule of afternoons - so I'm up around 9am and I am done work around 9 pm. Would it be best to do cardio in the AM and then lift after work? I just don't have lots of time to do get up and workout for an hour - an hour and a half before work. I also heard cardio at night is useless.
Any thoughts? Ideas? Help? ;)
