I have a patient who i need to recommend a fitness website for but he is straight and obviously dont want to lead him to my profile here. Does anyone know and recommend a website similar to this for fitness forums, advice and workouts but is sexuality neutral?

    thanks

    Men's Fitness, Men's Health & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, Bodybuilding.com.

Most fitness, health and muscle magazines have websites so if your patient can read then he has a good chance of finding out some websites for himself.

If he's there just get his facts then coming here to RJ would be fine. He'll only find you on here if you divulge too much info and besides he's just a patient anyway.

tmuscle.com is my favorite. The discussion forums can get annoying sometimes, like on any website, but the articles are awesome and they are written by some of the top trainers.
