Great News

    In the last six months, I have lost over thirty pounds. I just started drinking a protein shake for breakfast, cutting some calories here and there, drinking some water, exercising regularly and going to the gym. Just posting this as an inspiration to other people.icon_biggrin.gif

    congratulations!! you must feel great. i have a good friend who just started working out and eating healthier and it serves as an inspiration to me to be more aggressive and rigid with my own habits. keep up the good work!

    That is great! I think dieting is one of the hardest for a person to do. Your brain and body are working against you the whole time. It take amazing will power to stick to it. Great work. Keep it up. ... icon_biggrin.gif

    Congratulations! Job well done! You're an inspiration to anyone - - - - and I especially hope a certain couple of guys on here who want their stomachs stapled - read your post and get with it - - - diet and exercise.
