    If that's how he improvises a decline press, I'd love to see how he manages the incline. The guy deserves the herniated disc he'll have by the age of 25.

    The dog needs to have its anal glands expressed. It causes the poor thing a lot of discomfort, and is the main reason why dog owner's homes smell like a kennel.

    I think he was trying to simulate a decline bench because of the way he positioned himself. A floor press, on the other hand, is a method to strengthen the upper part of your bench. It's not supposed to be overly heavy, and you should never do it without a spotter.

    And you should never ever ever do it the way he was doing it. Nut.
