    I'm gonna make a big pot of coffee to help sober him up. Any other ideas?

    Although I don't care for him or his views.....give him a break! YOU try to do his job, especially with someone talking into your earpiece while your trying to read a teleprompter.

    Sheesh.

    What you don't know could not be contained within the boundaries of Canada!

    I also don't care for Rush Limbaugh nor Sean Hannity, nor Bill Oreilly.....and more.
    {EDIT: And YOU!}

    So.

    Get off my lawn.

    Oh, come on! He's the son of Gloria Vanderbilt, and the great-great grandson of Commodore Cornelius Vanderbilt, as about as American Capitalist as you can get. That Nazi recruiting poster, BTW, means "Even You!" to suggest that ordinary German youths can be Aryan heroes.

    When you're a US Vanderbilt, of Dutch heritage (his ancestors coming to America the same time as mine, but with obviously a great deal more success), you have little interest in delusional dreams of Aryan glory, or behavior, if that's the subliminal message of your image.

    He's not my idea of the best TV journalist out there, but given his history (have you read it?), he's done pretty well for himself. Sometimes even the famous have merit.

    As for the OP's assertion that he was drunk on air, well, maybe he was. Or maybe he was taking some meds, or had just tripped and fallen down a flight of stairs, disorienting him. Or the teleprompter was malfunctioning. I've done TV news, some days you're just off your game. It hasn't been chronic on his part, get over it.

    Wow the Vanderbilt's are like royalty in a capitalist country like the USA. How did he sink as low as doing the news?

    Didn't look drunk... didn't sound drunk.
    Looked and sounded like an off-day. Period.

    I don't think they would let him on air if someone thought he was drunk. Just happened to think of Jessica Savitch . I don't know if you are familiar but before she died there was tape footage circulating of her having a big time rant at the studio....

    It seems journalism may have been therapeutic for him, after his father's early death from heart disease, and his brother's suicide, plus his mother Gloria was smitten with the media for a while. Read his story available through various online resources and decide for yourself.
