Does anyone think it's possible to add 15 lbs of muscle without weights?

Thanks, men. But it's not for me. The man is early 20s, just over 6' and weighs in the 170s. He hasn't scored a set of weights yet--he's working on it--and a gym is not possible on his budget.

possible, lots of bodyweight work, eating right ....12-18 months of work

Know a wrestling trainer that keeps in good shape with just a set of kettle bells, not too much of an investment
