An hour and forty minutes. Some of that is working the jaw muscles. (My gym tends to be social.)

An hour and 15 minutes. I wish I could do more time, I'm totally motivated for it. But that's about all I can give up in the mornings, and I work too late into the evening.

For me, it's between an hour and an hour and a half, depending on what the workout is.

It ranges.... depending on what I am working at the gym and how much time I have. 30 minutes to 1:15. Typically 1 hour.

Mine depends, but it's almost always around 60-90 minutes (very rarely under 60 or above 90), so probably an average of around 75 minutes. I used to aim for 60 minutes each session, but when I tried to do this, I ended up being late for class or some other place I was supposed to be at, so now, I aim for 75 minutes.

Depends. Usually 40 minutes for cardio; spin class goes for an hour all up; weights usually 55 minutes or so; and I do an hour when I'm with the trainer.

..depends on the night and the routine....

cardio is about 75 to 90 minutes
    lifting is about 90 minutes
    swimming is about 75-90 minutes
    running outside about 75-90 minutes
climbing the walls about 60 minutes
basket ball or volley ball about 60-75 minutes....
    stretching/yoga is about 45-60 minutes

An easy night, only one of the above, a "hard night" is any three of the above.....
total time can vary from about 1 hour to about 4 hours....and then I go home at night and SLEEP!icon_biggrin.gif
