so i want to get into the habit of cooking for myself more often. i already cook quite often but i'm getting tired of making the same things over and over. and with my 12-week muscle building program starting on monday, i thought it would be cool to get some new recipes.

what is your favorite recipe? what are it's advantages, and for what meal of the day is it?

i've got a blank recipe book ready, bring it on! icon_razz.gif

    2. 140lbs
    3. 29-30" waist
    4. 11% body fat (according to a computer calculation, not actual measurements)

    GOALS

    2. More definition
    3. healthier diet/living

Breakfast: The Lady's Perfect Scrambled Eggs. These are damn good.

    4 eggs
    2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
    1 tablespoon water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    2 tablespoon of butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup of bacon bits
In a medium size bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, water, and salt and pepper until fluffy. Using a nonstick frying pan, melt butter and cook eggs over low heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in the cheese and bacon. Cook until you reach desired consistency.
Serve hot with country ham and biscuits.
