    what are your tricks to improve your mood if you woke up and feel blah? coffee does the trick for me most of the time. you??

    Most days I awaken in a good mood with my feet not even touhing the ground. If I'm at home I try t get outside, in the garden. If I'm inside I'll come to RJ, I always get a laugh here.

    Doing something, anything to take my mind off of being in a bad mood. For instance, going to a movie or a bike ride. Or you can just roll with the bad mood. Sometimes it almost feels good to be in a bad mood. Is that weird? I hate it when you're in a really good bad mood and someone comes along and cheers you up. Lol. Of course, afterwards I'm always thankful they did. Also try listening to some music.
