I am still a skinny guy, but was a lot skinnier a year ago. I started seriously hitting the gym last December, fell off the wagon during the Summer but have been hitting it a lot harder than the first time since November 09. I am starting to see some pretty dramatic changes which keeps me motivated.
So part of it is vanity, another part is that I sleep so much better now, and the third part it helps me get rid of a ton of stress!!!
I work for an amazing company, a company that is always innovating and coming up with new ways to do things. Always thinking differently, but I am in the Retail side of the business. Retail, 40, sometimes 50 hours a week! Working out helps relieve all of that stress, I tend to go lift before heading into work. It really helps me get ready to attack the day and puts me into a better mood, even though I may have a few challenging customer situations throughout the day.
