I try to make it to yoga 5-6 times a week and typically go to a bikram studio.

I am in love with the challenges of Ashtanga Yoga. I was practicing 3-5 times a week, but I sadly got out of the habit. It's bit expensive to go so often and I'm having trouble getting myself into the routine of doing at home alone.

At least once a week... it's part of the P90X program I am doing.
And I have learned something interesting from doing it... Yoga is not for wussies! It was more than just tying myself into a knot; it's a hardcore isometric workout! I actually sweat! Even so, maintained a calm face and a calm mind. What's more... all the soreness I had from any previous days' workout disappears, and I actually feel a bit limber again!

Been following this for almost 10 years now. Haven't had the flu for that the same time-frame and if I do catch a cold, it's usually 24 hours and gone!
Five extremely simple poses, no special equipment/clothing/place needed. Takes less time than fixing breakfast.

6 days a week. Classic Hatha, ie. breathwork, meditation, asanas.
