yeah, i downloaded it last year . Kind of enjoyed the slow pace .
Don't know that it's a "great" movie, but certainly a pleasant one. I didn't delete it, so that 's a good sign.

This is what I wrote in the other thread about this movie:

"Just saw the movie. While it may be slow-pacing at times, it felt very real to me and struck a chord. I was definitely very moved at the end. The intimate scene was one of the best I've ever seen, gay or straight. So much was said in that scene even though there was not one line of dialogue. Well-written and even better acted. Definitely an under-rated gem.

However, it is for these same reasons that some people will enjoy the movie like I did."

Also, I think people underestimated the market for gay country songs. It definitely grew on me.

    Wow!
I have only experienced a kiss so soulful twice in my life. You know, the kind where I just couldn’t get close enough to him, no matter how tightly we held eachother. This totally reminds me.
I will have to see the movie.

I watched it. I think I have found my new favorite gay movie. Big Eden and Latter Days seem really silly compared to this.

I loved the subtlety of sound. It was very peaceful and quiet. The lighting was moody and very stylish. I was very impressed with the acting. There is a cute scene when Jeff and Andrea are playing an arcade game. It was so natural and funny. By the end, I was welling up. It was obvious there was a deep connection between the two of them.
    I loved it.

oddly , the parts that got my attention :
    the e-mails
when he lies on the doctor's office, a change in his expression.
    the first dinner.
andrea waiting in the airport and jeff sitting in his car.

yeah though it was slow, it was heartfelt. did anyone else notice that it took until Andrea showing the song to Jeff, Jeff hadn't soo much shed a tear. I dont it was like he was going through the days by just being there without having time to grieve. This movie was put on my list along with Shelter.
