I'm thinking of starting an internet business and have some ideas, but am doing a little focus grouping to assess needs and opportunities. Just curious...what kind of online business/resource do you think the world needs?

If I knew, I'd be your competition! LOL

Seriously, though....been trying to find more information about gay trevel/accomodation/events online and oddly enough, I can't seem to find it all on one website.
Outravel....ehh. GayTraveler....so so. They all seemed to be geared towards the high dollar/worldtravel stuff.
Make a nice easily navigable site for North American gay travel, listing Bed & Breakfast, homes for rent, apartments for rent, local events (gay & non-gay) and travel info.

Or am I just not gay enough to know which website to go to?

    Always a possibility.

We need FEWER of those robotically "monetized" web sites that prevent you finding the sites with the actual content that you're looking for. Or some way to block them from search results.

We need a website where people can watch videos creatures that are not quite a bean, nor a dog but rather a hybrid of both. They love to appear out of nowhere and offer random bits of trivia whether you asked for it or not...

    Oh wait...

I am huge on music and trying to get my own record label started. I think it would be great if their was a site for people to upload and mix their own tracks, using the same type of editing software that is in the big software packages like Cubase and Garage band. Right now their are so many people in local bands from rock to rap and country. This would be great for any of them...its genious I tell you!

    we need the next google.
we're also ready for something that 'll make facebook and twitter and YouTube obsolete.

something like a live YouTube. performances that are taking place, filmed and broadcasted as we log in.
It would be fantastic to have a site where no matter when you go, you have a whole selection of performances taking place in real time somewhere in the world and to which you can assist . They could be from universities , amateur or high powered professional venues.
