Has anyone tried the Vacation Body Blueprint?

    Just wondering if anyone out there has tried the Vacation Body Blueprint for any extended period of time. My main interest lays with the exercise and eating he suggests for the way one should maintain during the majority of the year, not the segment one does a few weeks before a special event. I started the diet/excercise regiment about a week ago and like it thus far. I'm normally not one for diets and specific exercise plans... I normally just eat healthy and try to stay active. So if anybody out there has done this, feel free to leave comments - pro's and cons.

    I'm not really looking for comments regarding the workout/diet from people who haven't done it. Sorry.

    i agree with your view. i hate seeing people in the gym twice in one day before they go to mexico. come back, saying theyve gained 20 pounds, and pop some ephedrin while stuffing back mcdonalds.
