Muscle Milk....Continued... Good/Bad?

    Is muscle milk good to drink after the workout?

    Any thoughts? Will the protein help to bulk up?

    I always usually take my protein after workouts or the morning of recovery day to make sure I'm losing just the fat...but I'm not under the advisement of a trainer so half of my operating knowledge is from other fitness folk

    Fat, protein, acids. Whats not to like ?

    I'd use more of it if it wasn't so damned expensive.

    ALWAYS use a protein shake if you want to bulk up. There are so many shakes out there that I'd ask a qualified person about them. My trainer has me on Myoplex, I LOVE it and definitely notice a difference when I drink them. He says no more than 45 min after lifting.
    Everyone has a different body type, diet needs and abilities, ask a trainer to help you figure yours out.

    Any protein drink is good after a workout. I think muscle milk is one of the better ones. It's cheaper if you buy in the big barrels and not the individual drinks.
