djohn767 saidOK! Please explain Drag to me...I honestly do not understand why any man would want to dress up as a woman? I'm sincere, I don't understand why this is a part of being queer. And wonder why people have no respect for the gay community
ps. That was mean of you
first of all, other than bigots and self-loathing fags (i'm presuming like yourself), PEOPLE don't lack respect for the gay community.
among other reasons, it's part of being queer because it's an in-your-face f*ck you to the stereotypes and archetypes of heterosexual masculinity. and, for the record, when you put on your syrup-stained flannel shirt before you run to the 7-11 for a big gulp, you too are in drag. and if it wasn't for some bad-ass drag queens at stonewall, gay rights might still be in the crapper.
why don't you refrain from spouting off about things that you admit to not understanding. you might avoid a virtual bitch-slap that way.
