So, my best friend just left and now i'm alone . .

tonight we watched Saw VI and then played the Saw video game on my PS3....

holy shit, that game is intense, the traps, the mind games, fuckin' creepy!

But at the same time i almost like the emotion of fear...

horror being my favorite genre of movie, I love seeing a movie and screaming so much my throat hurts after the movie lol.

Anyone else enjoy being scared, in a safe environment lol. . . like from a movie, jokingly with friends, video games etc....

ugh Freddy Krueger did a far better job of scaring the skid marks into my undies then any of the modern movies, most of it's just mindless gore and that aint scary it's just gross haha

i was more scared by the video game because it's very exhilarating in fearful way.

the last time i was absolutely horrified from a movie was Paranormal activity lol (i have a very active imagination, from what i have heard ppl with more active one's got more scared from it lol)

Yeah.... wouldn't know. I refuse to see it. I don't care if it was as scary as a retirement home game of clubs, where the nurse has already given the old ladies their medicine to help them sleep and they're just about to nod off and haven't even shuffled the deck. I'm just not going to watch creepy dolls.

Now, a shoot 'em up, gory, action/horror flick? Bring it.

I'm huge horror movie fan too. My genre is Zombie flicks. When I was little they used to scare me shitless, cuz being that my family was really religious and we were taught in the end the dead would rise so i thought it was really gonna happen. And seeing it depicted in movies just threw me for loops. hahaha

i just saw Saw 6 last week, although it was enjoyable its not really a horror film, but more of an intense crime thriller where they just go from one kill to the next.

I thought Saw VI was a return to form! I did NOT see the ending coming.

I absolutely SUCK at scarey movies. Always have.

    As for Saw VI ........

I had to turn my head a couple times. Those gorey scenes do bad things to me after Afghanistan... I'm just thankful that I was watching it with my guy and I just gripped the shit outta him and hid like a lil bitch. haha

K, i HATE to throw out there - cuz no disrespect meant from one "fan' to the other - but, SAW is not horror in my book. Nothing more than quickly made GORY as hell Police Procedral "thrillers" - and since part IV, its gone in the direction of some BAD "CSI" type show

Though, I DID HEAR part 6 ACTUALLY was way better than the SHITTY AS HELL part 5 (horrid!). So I will check it eventually - I'm just over the SAW series cuz its only made for the pure fact to make the quick buck during halloween season. Only reason.
