I was just wondering I've read a lot of "do they work" posts but I've never read any posts of anyone talk about the actual health risks. If theres already a post like this forgive me and move on.

    Thanks

There are many "supplements". What are you referring to specifically?

Any type of pill or chemical you consume that intensifies your workout, sorry for not being specific.

If you are talking about male hormones there are risks because they don't just affect the growth of muscle in the body.

Personally, I just use whey protein and a multivitamin sometimes. I don't use anything else because I don't want to mess with my body like that, I just try to eat a healthy diet.
