I have now had two members think I'm trying to ignore them. It appears that I cannot tell that they are online and they cannot send an instant message despite me having IM's always turned on. Has anybody else experienced this problem? I am running IE7.

I would like to reassure the two people (you know who you are) that I am not actively ignoring you.

Yeah I've had some problems with this before. I have to leave mine off if I'm going to be away from the computer at all.

It'd be nice if you got sent a transcript of missed conversations as well.

You might have to adjust your pop-up blocker settings and allow pop-ups from this site address.

I get the IM box asking if I want to accept the message. If I accept it, It tries to authenticate, and stays there.

I have restarted my computer, but that doesn’t help. I’m wondering if there is a virus on my computer. I just bought a macbook, and I’m wondering how I can have a virus already.
