Mister man & I will be headed out to ATL for 5 days - what should we do? We're not planning on any landish nightlife activites, but it would be great to venture out to some good culture food (i.e. Indian, Asian, Greek); now not so fatty!!!

What do the locals do? Where should we go? Where do we go for good food? Entertainment? Theater? Details!!! Suggestions? Help us please!

Great resturants all over. Check out Va-Highlands and Inman Park
I think there is some late night Shakespeare happening
    Bars-
    Woofs-Sports bar
    Eagle-Leather
    MIXX- No Smoking
    Burkharts Dance/drag/pool
    Blakes- Stand and Pose
Swinging Richards.. Strip Bar High end
    BJ Roosters Strip Bar...
    Jungle Large Dance Club
Most of these are in the Upper Midtown Monroe Chesire Bridge Area
    Good Shopping.
    High Museum of Art
Might be a show at the Laughing Skull Lounge comedy club

If you can go online and look for Creative Loafing Atlanta. It's really our last entertainment paper. All the gay papers/mags closed shop

    Welcome.

If you haven't had good southern food take the belt out a hole or 2 and go to Mary Macs Tea House on Ponce De Leon.

Zaya: Mediterranean Restaurant in Inman Park.

Inman Park and the Virginia Highlans are filled with restaurants...and other forms of culture and entertainment...such as

The Plaza Theater on Ponce De Leon

    and

    all kinds of vintage shops

Piedmont Park is nice to go to...ESPECIALLY on Sundays...It's located downtown.

The clubs and bars were listed above...theres the MOAD Museum of Art and Design downtown behind the Hyatt.

    AND...

It's Black History Month....sooo go check out a nice display or exhibit..
