Ignore or Hidden/Deleted Profile

I was reading a thread this morning by a poster with a Hidden/Deleted profile (which is really worthless since the SN is revealed in the quote sections of people's replies anyway - but I digress), but I this person's profile does not return a search result, which would seemingly indicate that I am on ignore. No big deal except I can never recall contacting this person or even responding to any of their other posts/comments (if they exist). icon_question.gif

But it got me to wondering if there's a "mass ignore" type feature where you can make your profile searchable/viewable to only certain parts of the community or some other feature (besides me having been a dick to this unknown person, or there being some sort of bug in the RJ search function) that would explain this.

Might that mean it's a deleted profile?

Thanks, Drypin. Could be - because suddenly the thread in question seems to have disappeared. Strange magic on a Sunday. icon_smile.gif

Hey Momentum_Play, if a post says hidden/deleted, press quote and if you can see who posted it, chances are they have their profile hidden while they take a break.

There's a stealth setting to do this under preferences, if I remember rightly.

Hey Doug - thanks! Too late to know now I guess since the thread's gone - but I will keep that in mind in the future.

No big deal either way on the post in question - was wondering if there might be a feature I wasn't aware of.
