Anyone have any tips on ways I can keep working out w/ some bruised ribs? I fell on some ice like an idiot about a week ago and since then I can barely run or lift without them hurting like a bitch. Any tips would be appreciated... I'm going to try using one of the bikes @ the gym tomorrow so I can at least do cardio, but I'm going CRAZY without lifting.
