Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to not be sore. It sucks when I'm sore after a workout but when I'm not sore, does that mean I did not work harder enough at the gym? I usually get sore when I work new muscles I don't usually work but after a week or so, I am no longer sore. Some times it's hard to gauge if I've done enough at the gym to see progress. I some times gauge my workout effectiveness on how sore I am. I know that's kind of a newbie thing to do. Thanks for any feedback.
