Running low/Re-building Discipline.

    Hey, I'd really appreciate some insight and wisdom from you men out there icon_smile.gif I just had a few questions.

    How do you all work on your discipline? How do you increase it? How do you get back on after falling off? How do you manage it?

    I'm not normally a hugely disciplined guy, but I actually want to be hugely disciplined, I'll need it for the kind of work that I want do and honestly I'd just like more, I feel like a stronger person that way icon_lol.gif. I've been working pretty hard at it and I accomplished a huge amount of stuff in January. During the time I felt my discipline and willpower growing steadily and a lot of tasks just felt so much easier to do. But I kept pushing and pushing and then I kinda burnt out and took then took some time to rest/recovered for a while. Currently I feel like I'm back at square one. The stuff that I was doing easily in Jan when I had increased discipline and willpower suddenly feel challenging again and I have to push myself hard. I guess I just have to start small again and work my way up?
