getting sexy cuts

    been working out for some months now and have been getting visible results. my only problem right now is that despite the muscle hypertrophy and the dieting, i still can't seem to shed the fat and get the cuts i have been aiming for.

    i started working out a few years back but stopped for a year. before i stopped, i managed to get lean but still wasn't able to get definition. now that i started again working out again, i figured that maybe i need to bulk up more since i always thought this would increase my metabolism further. i managed to gets bulkier but still no cuts in sight. any suggestions before i end up looking like a hard dough boy? icon_smile.gif

    More cardio and light weight reps? Find powder supplements that will help you shed the excess fat while still retaining muscle. It's called something cut heh icon_rolleyes.gif
