    Don't sweat it my man...
You need to work with what you got

First and foremost...get your eating on track
stay away from processed and fatty foods and stick to a healthy diet

next...your back hurts and you have a problem with your leg?
So work on your upper torso and start working the abs to assist your back

you can Always exercise...don't look for excuses and start sweating

Do you swim? Great for people with back and joint problems. I get lower back problems - but when i swim regularly it happens very rarely! Swimming's one of the best all round non impact sports.

I noticed you didnt mention how long you've been following this routine. Keep in mind that to see any real change in your body you need to continue your routine for a bare minimum of 6 weeks.

There are few suggestions I can give.

Make sure you eat something before you walk. DO NOT cut carbs or fats completely out of your diet, it will train your body to use protein as your primary energy source and you'll never make any real progress. Eating at the beginning of the day wil kickstart your metabolism, and you'll burn alot more calories throughout the day.

Lifting at night might not be a good idea. First off, it will affect the efficiency of your sleep. Without proper rest, your workouts mean nearly as much to your body.

Also, doing cardio and weight training in the same day will deter your weight training from building muscle. You'll still be able to tone up, but building muscle size will be difficult. The more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn, even sitting around.

I suggest altrenating weight training and cardio on seperate days.

try 6 small meals a day and continue everything else you've been doing.

If they make you feel uncomfortable, try just working out at home, or finding a different gym.

Plus, its probable that if they see you working out, they wont pick on you as much.

Wow, since when does it matter what guys in the gym think? most of em are boneheads and the rest are too busy cruising to worry about picking on you (i'm in the latter group). You need to adopt the mindset that you are there to get fit (not hot, geez) regardless of who may or may not like you.

See a Chiropractor about your back and leg problems. There is a lot a chiropractor can do for pain. He can also suggest exercises to help.

I suspect that the guys pick on you because you react to it. Just give 'em a chuckle back and go about your business. If they continue making your life hell, report them to whomever runs the gym.

You might also need a psychiatrist. You may need more personal advice than we can give you here. Life heretofore may have been rough, but you cant start any earlier getting your life together so you can enjoy it.
