Well, we're both pretty sick right now. It's being called Olympic flu, because it appeared about the same time the athletes etc arrived from around the globe.
Symptoms include a 'stretched' feeling throat to the point of pain - where the sinuses enter the throat. Heavy sinus dripping (like water), chest wall pains and that great claustrophobic feeling like you're short of breath and can't breathe. Body aches and chills. Today's day 4 for me and day 2 for Bill. I'm starting to feel better as the chest congestion breaks up.
We both had H1N1 in early December. The same day I got the shot Bill came home sick with it. Dayum!
PS REST! Working out won't assist you. The doc said it just pumps the virus into the muscle tissue. The other thing he said is that you need to keep your body temp warm and consistent. He kept stressing this. He said your body is trying to produce antibodies and to make them fast it needs to not put energy into regulating your body temp.
