What is the AB-solute?

    So I was always told that abs (like cardio) were something you could do every day. But lately I've been hearing I should give them a break, just like I do the other groups and alternate days.

    Suggestions or thoughts? Or is this just one of those personal preference things?

    Especially those of you who are trainers and such out there, who really know your stuff, what do YOU tell people?

    Should I be resting the abs every other day?

    Try both and see what works better for you. Some people can do abs everyday and get great results. And other people can do them once a week and get great results. But ab exercises alone aren't enough. Diet plays an important role as well.
