Somebody told me about a new Australian company organizing a Fitness Bootcamp . Eventhough there no chance for me to attend it due to the fact it was held in another city, but the whole ideas really fascinated me. The bootcamp promise a military style, fitness drill that will improve our physical health, appearance, confident and there will be session about nutrition.
I always thaught I need to be push in order to reach my highest potential. After all what is more fun that to get in shape with a group of people in a control environment. The program is really tough , starting at 5.30 in the morning , carrying sandbag, long distance running and endurance kind of stuff.

Fitness Bootcamp is a new thing in my country. Any of you guys ever attend any of this bootcamp. How do you describe the experience.?
