We suggest staying the course. We also think this is just a phase where you're developing stamina, focus and determination that will carry you far. It's an important strength to have when feeling uninspired.

Is there anything you like to do that could be considered an avocation?

Yeah I'm considering going into Nursing myself, but I want to go into Cardiology or Vascular Technologist. I understand they are in need of men to work Trauma Units and ER's. $60+ and hour in some places. But not for me, too much stress!

I’m a nursing student as well and cannot wait till I have my BSN.
Yes…stay the course, remember the field is wide open: technologies, insurance, forensics, community health, research, and teaching--It is not all bed side.
What is it exactly that is turning you off?

I know what turns me off...Working with the damn public...and the sick public to make matters worse.
