I was thinking about how particular sports shape your body. I have had, erm, close relationships with a professional ballet dancer and a male gymnast and there does seem to be a strong pattern of what the training does to the body which you can see in these pics:

I wish I had not quit swimming, fitness is so dreadful.

Both bodies are nice, difficult to maintain though.

I tend to go for the divers, the somewhat narrower version of swimmers, who tend not to have as disproportionate of an upper body.

    American Troy Dumais:

I'll have Roger over the ones you name. He's such a gentleman, very classic, speaks his languages, and his body is just myumm; you can see some muscles, but they are covered by soft skin and body hair. icon_redface.gif

The 'Beefy' builds, an ironically befitting name, Because slow twitch muscles are characteristically reddish:

Rugby (Ben Cohen <3), muscles not really that defined. Both strength and size:

    ben_cohen_boxers.jpg

Wrestling (the real kind, not the TV drama with bodybuilders), slow-twitch muscles for sustained muscle contractions:

Definitely the gymnast body does it for me: strength, agility, and grace.

Regardless of what people here have said, I still think that I could look like this if I set my mind to it.
