While I watched this last night and laughed my ass off, I was very impressed with former NY governor Elliott Spitzer. His no-nonsense style was very refreshing and his take on many topics was something that anyone on the right side (meaning the left) of the political aisle should listen to, and take heed.

This is only one part of the appearance, and his opinions on TARP and the government oversight of the financial system, the inability of the Democrats to move their legislative agenda forward, and the repeal of DADT were SPOT ON. I can only hope someone in the Democratic leadership heard this and takes some decisive action. Everyone of the Democratic side is so afraid of offending the Republicans that they can get nothing accomplished. YOU ARE THE MAJORITY - ACT LIKE IT!!

Oh, and Wanda Sykes and Seth McFarlane were freakin' hilarious on this show!

    AGREED ALSO!!!

2009 was a JOKE, instead of taking action, initiative, and leadership, it was just about trying not to piss off the other guy!!!

What I found most intriguing about Spitzer was how very CREDIBLE he sounded. He makes almost too much sense.

Sad, but just another instance of a guy undone by his penis. Who knows what he might have become, if had only kept Johnson home.

Spitzer is one of those people who have the best intentions but whose personal life gets mired in controversy for one or another stupid decision made.

Him and John Edwards were fighters for the poor and for finance reform but they got shamed into early retirement for something completely personal.
