Russian Kettlebell...???

    Anyone know of any places or info on where to train in Denver, CO?

    I heard it is supposed to be amazing plus the guys from 300 did it...

    I want to do it!!!!

    I became really interested in this and tried to find anyone training with this in Europe (after all we are a tad closer to Russia than Denver). In Italy I found one guy and he turned out to be flaky as hell.

    This does seem interesting because it is close to the compound powerlifting moves that have been good to me in the past.

    Anyone with info I would love to hear it too.

    Just google "Kettlebell training Denver" and I'm sure something will come up. Also go to dragondoor.com (the Russian Kettlebell page) and click the "instructor" link. You can search for Denver-area instructors there. Hope this helps. Kettlebells are fun!

    If I can hyjack this thread a little.

    For you wise in the ways of the kettlebell, what resources do you recommend to learn about it? Books, sites, etc.
