If plastic surgery was really affordable, where would you get stuff done?

I'd have surgery to remove excess abdominal skin from my obese days. Sucks having a muffin-top midsection no matter how hard you work to lose it. icon_mad.gif

I've actually had my nose, and my chin done. I got the chin implant after falling and busting my chin on the concrete when I was 14, and had my nose done June '09.

I don't think so. You never know what you're gonna get. Might be worse than what you started with and make you regret it. Too many nightmare stories out there for me to gamble.

What would I get if I had to? Maybe cheek implants to have more defined jaw line? Maybe botox for my forehead? I don't know. I'm bad at visualizing this sorta thing.

I'd get my gyno ripped out. Had the fuckers since I was a kid and no amount of pec-building is fixing it.

Nah, I'm good. I don't think my looks are that bad.and I can nit-pick anything, so if I started to get one thing done, it wouldn't be long till the next, and the next, ect.

The only exception would be reconstructive surgery if I was in a bad accident.

Awh, I have fat cheeks... They do tend to slim down when I lean out. Also, they are slimming down as I'm getting older. Don't stress about your cheeks... they are an endearing feature to have, and over time, your face will change as you mature. On another note, if I could have any work done, I'd probably have a chemical peel to reduce my acne scarring on my face. They aren't deep scars, just brown spots where I had acne. I do realize that in due time, these too, will fade.

If you are looking to put back collagen that age has taken away try scuptra just approved 6 months ago but was used on AIDS patients for wasting in the face. It is amazing much better then fillers. It works on the sand in the oyster principal so your body builds up collagen.

If you are also serious about LED or any other cosmetic surgery or procedures look at the very New slick magazine called "New Beauty" Mostly geared to women but has a men's section in it. A very large number of Doc advertise in it. Places like Borders Books carry it. It is very slick

I'd probably get a chin implant and take the fat from my sides and put it in my butt and pecs. T & A is still the focus for a man, regardless of sexuality and the two things I have the hardest problem attaining lol.

Marko, I know a few people who had the peel done. I really don't see much of a difference to be honest. If only there were a miracle acne scar surgery.

Hell yeah. And I plan to have: 1. a nose job; 2. my eyebags removed; 3. Maybe some botox but that scares me cos I don't want evil eyes.

Wouldn't get my body done cos that's something you can do by yourself.

You're as hot as can be - just as you are, actually. Most guys would kill to be 6'2" and 190 lbs. That's textbook perfect IMO. I'd totally hit that body of yours.
