Now, i know there are some of you on here that will just make anytime workout time, but i need sleep to or i cant function. Heres the situation. . . I have two jobs, 5 days a week student. I wake up at 6 am, i have school from 730 to 2pm, work from 3 to around midnight, on certain days little errands inbetween. I do not have any days off, work 7 days a week, i am living on my own at 18 so i have to work. I reallyyyy like working out, and i want to finish what i started About a year ago. Flatten my stomach, tone up.. Ect. I cant find time to do it, and its really annoying. Ive tried waking up ay 4 and hitting the gym, but that doesnt work, that leaves me with about 3 hours or so of sleep a night and a walking zombie the next day. Not to memtion, i need a cheap, healty diet, because as of now, i buy whatever and not working out while eating junk is not good. Any advice? Suggestions? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!
