Uneven abs/ Chest workout

    Hey, I'm new to this website and I've decided to start working out more recently.

    A problem I encounter is that my left abs are a lot more defined then the right side. Is there anyway to work my right abs so they get even??


    Also, I've been having trouble building chest muscles. Would just bench presses (dumbell/bar) do it? I would like to hide the ribs icon_smile.gif

    (I pre-block picture-less and profile-less.)

    Asymmetry is normal. When a person works out normally, that asymmetry will fix itself.
