I'm in a bit of a rush this morning, so this is going to be a real brief review of week 7:

BEST - Feeling great and seeing some physical changes that I really like. The very nice compliments haven't been too bad either... thanks again guys!! icon_lol.gif Oh, and most important, I'm still having a lot of fun.

HARDEST - Watching myself on cam compared to the videos during Kenpo was also a real insightful experiment, but I see I still have some places to work on form. Thank God there's another month ahead where I can continue to improve on that.... and a whole lifetime after that too!

WORST - Nothing really. All in all, it's been a very good week.

I have to admit that I am already starting to think about doing this again a couple of weeks after I have finished Week 13, and I am hoping I have just as much fun next time around. Wonder how I can make Round 2 a little more interesting...

Maybe I'll just cross that bridge when I get to it.

Phase III is crazy, you honestly just go crazy during the workouts and start getting pumped up. I can't wait to read those updates!

So this program is really worth it? My sister is an instructor for Zumba to help her pay her way back through college. I think she has a contract to sell P90X too. I've been seriously considering it.

I have been out of commission for a few months due to a knee injury, and I asked my doctor about this and he said it would be fine to do. I'd like to do something like this before getting back to the gym.

How much of a time hog has it been? I'm a full time student, but I can usually find free time nearly everyday.

Well you are going to want to watch that knee. P90 is vicious on joints but with proper technique and support from stabilizing muscles you will be fine.

Time-wise, it is a hog with most workouts being an hour long (yoga almost 2) you really have to have the mentality to start and finish. I have seen way too many people start Phase I, never get through and occasionally do a cardio workout and then get angry they didn't see results. This is a 90 day commitment.

I have don P90x twice and I am starting all over again on Monday for my third go-around. I like, I swear by it and well I have a background in fitness so take that for what its worth. I appreciate the program for it accuracy and programming to help people who need some set in order to workout.

Thanks Pinny. I think I'm going to do it. I can get everything from my sister whenever I want, which is nice since I don't need to invest much into it then. Which is awesome for me since I have nothing hah.

I'll probably wait until my next round of midterms are over though (2 weeks). I'm pretty motivated and don't have a problem with seeing things through to the end.

I've been pretty excited and skeptical at the same time about trying this program.
