Hello Men,

So, my primary goal is fat loss, and I generally work out 5 to 6 days per week, alternating one day of HIIT+a core circuit with one day of strength training, usually one of the workouts from the Muscle Building Program from RealJock. I'll usually omit two or three of the exercises in the interest of time, but no more than that. Does this seem like an effective route to be taking? What would you do differently?

Also, as an aside, if I'm looking to lose weight, should I be expecting gains in terms of how much weight I'm able to lift from workout to workout?

And, as it is a concern for someone answering my question, but not so much something I'm curious about since I'm certain I've got a firm hold on it, my diet is very much in order.
