Hey guys. So I'm 18, 175 pounds and around 5'11. After losing weight over the summer I recently started doing the HGM workout (homegrown muscle) it's on Mens Health. Theres a lot of phases to it and I'm almost done with phase 1. There hasn't been much change in my body, but i have noticed some strength increase. What workouts do you guys do? Has it been effective?
