Has anyone used or tryed this product? I just started eating it last week and sorda worried that it might not be a great product. The up side is that there are MANY diffrent bars to choose from.

Well first off read the ingrediants. If you can pronounce and understand every ingrediant on the list then you know it's healthy. If the main ingrediant is soy then they arn't good for you after a workout since soy protein is delivered throughout your body slowly. Though what would make you think it isn't a good product? Not giving us very much info to go on.

I don't have this issueicon_wink.gif. I make my own. No unnecessary salts or sugars. I add benifiber and some of my protein supplement to boot. Mostly Organic, all Natural, and it's cheaper too. It's really good eats.icon_biggrin.gif

I have a thing for Cliff Bars as a snack when I cant eat; i.e. class time and such.
After a workout I just make myself a shake at home or stop and get a sandwich.
