Hey everyone, First, I started the RJ meal plan that suggests 2100 calories 2 weeks ago. So far, i've lost 10lbs just from making the switch! The plan is easy and very good. Is anyone else doing this meal plan and have you made substitutions or changes you find better?

Second, i am wondering if anyone knows if steamed milk can be considered a serving of milk? I occassionally like a latte and curious if the nutrients are affected by the steam...icon_question.gif

On Weight Watchers, lattes are considered a serving of milk.
