What are you doing for them now? My favorite would be dips.

You might want to start by looking at your posture and breathing. There are also exercises (especially cable stuff) that you can do to improve your posture and keep your upper back and chest vertical, instead of slumped over.

When you do pilates, the core muscles are strengthened which helps bring the rest of the body in place.

BTW.....to me, your shoulders are great.

When did you break your collar bones? I busted my right one in a seizure a couple years back and it took nearly a year before I could do any upper body exercises without it hurting like hell.
