    Salary
Salary, with overtime, even if it's only straight time

Hourly, and it's what I prefer. Too many of my salaried friends work way too many hours for the pay they receive.

I sometimes get paid hourly, sometimes a day rate, sometimes a flat week rate. I kind of prefer the week rate...so I'm not constantly counting hours, trying to figure out what I'll make, and my boss isn't trying to force me to work faster to shave my hours and save money. It sucks when I'm pulling 14-16 hour days constantly, and I'm not guaranteed overtime (some movies are good about it, some...are not), but the benefits of the week rate outweigh the hourly.

Salary. I almost always work over 45 hours a week and 50 + isn't unusual so hourly would work better for me.

I get paid salary, and I enjoy it. The consistency of a salary is very reassuring to me. The hours suck, yes, but sometimes they're very lax and during those times i'm not getting paid less so I do like it a lot better.

I get paid salary with overtime. Normal work week for me is 36hrs anything over that is overtime and anything less than that i still receive my regular salary. I prefer salary with our current pay structure.

Ditto. Set my hours and compensate myself for longer days.

Salary, and as a department manager, no provisions for overtime though my staff can bank overtime hours.
Also, working a vacation day is a lieu day to take in the future, not time-and-a-half. icon_confused.gif

Always been paid hourly. Prefer that, plus overtime if I have any.

Salaried. No overtime pay. But, it all pans out in the end of the day. There are times I stay late (but those are not frequent) and am on-call every third weekend, but again it is not that frequent that I get called in. Most of the time, I get out by 1pm and am paid for the whole day. Just the perk of the job.
