Ok so Ive been working out and doing a lot of cardio and weight lifting and I wanted to start taking a protein shake. The only problem I feel like might happen is that the protein shake is going to make me not lose weight (which I need to do). I want to build more muscle and lose fat. What do I do? I dont wanna gain more weight. Is there a better "shake" out there for me? Any ideas would be helpful.
