Ok guys, brace yourselves for some good spots.
Paris - great city, but a bit tougher to get things done without a lot of money. But really, what's trip through Europe without having seen Paris?
If you're there, check out the Eiffeltower (duh), les Champs ELysees, grab a cup of coffee while sitting at the Seine, and the Louvre is amazing. really, amazing.
Cote d'azur - literally translated: the Azure coast. It's the south coast from France, runs from Spain to Italy. It's amazing to cruise around that area in the summer.
French westcoast - nice for surfing!
Barcelona - an amazing city, though advised to travel there when it's not too hot. The city is beautiful, a place where the old (par example Gaudi buildings) meet the new buildings. check out the Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, the royal fountains, or take a Gaudi bus tour.
Madrid - Great city, though i always miss the sea out there. Nevertheless, it's truly Spain. and has a gay city area! travel here when not too warm, the countryside is perfect in the spring.
Spanish up - up north (costa dorado for example) is great is you wanna do some partying. Salou as well, that's a 100 kilometers below Barcelona.
Also very nice in spain: the south part. Check out amazing places like Estepona, Torremolinos, Gibraltar, or Marbella.
Florence - a marvellous place in Italy. Art lovers --> love it. And above all, there's nothing like coffee in Florence.
Cinque Terre - A true postcard group of villages in the upper part of Italy, at La Spezia. one of favourite places to go!
Verona - Like Rome, but smaller. Has its own Colloseum, and great italian bars. Also some expensive stores out here.
Rimini - the Italian Salou, that's the equivalent of ehm.. daytona beach during spring break?
Rome- what not to say about Rome.. just go.
Pompeii - when in Rome, go here. so strange to actually be in a place that was scorched off the face off the earth 2000 years ago. ( in 74 B.C. i believe, just as aa place called Herculaneum and some others.)
Naples - same as Rome, just go allright?!
Sicily - If you like the peace and calm, good place. Has some nice cities, amazing nature. And over the past thousands of years many people have been here ( the Romans, the Arabs, the Greek, the French, the Spanish, the Visigoths, yadiyadiya) so it has some interesting history. You gotta love Italy though to go this deep.
Rovinj - first off all, it's spelled correctly. second of all, it's in Croatia. little coastal place, resembles a 3D postcard. has a beautiful church next to the sea, quite the intruiging sights.
